Ingredients (for 1 person)
- 1 espresso macchiato (40 ml coffee, 3 s milk foam)
- 1 generous pinch ground ginger
- Honey
- Four peppercorn blend (to taste)
Preparation
- Cover the base of an espresso glass with the honey.
- Add the ground ginger and the four peppercorn blend.
- Place the espresso glass under the coffee spout and prepare a macchiato.
Serving suggestion
Decorate with a pinch of pepper. Tip: Stir well before tasting.
